During a recent week off up in Islesboro, Maine I was able to catch up on a passion of mine outside of real estate – cooking! Using fresh mussels harvested from the cove, I made a Mussel dish I have been making for over a decade now. It’s simple, rich and most of all tasty. But can you really go wrong with lemon, butter and cheese? Who even needs the mussels? 😉
