A few times a year Corcoran’s new development arm Corcoran Sunshine holds a large Open House at all of their properties. This weekend on the 23rd and 24th from 11am-5pm all of the properties will be staffed. There are 4 on the Upper East Side, 1 in Midtown West, 3 in the Financial District, 2 in the East Village (including the Blumstein Team exclusive 311 East 11th), 3 in SoHo (including the Blumstein Team’s 151 Wooster), and 1 in Chelsea and West Village each.
