Each year the Real Deal, a real estate focused publication, comes out with a “Best of NYC Real Estate“. This year Corcoran Sunshine took the cake for best marketing division for new development.
We on the Blumstein Team knew how well Corcoran Sunshine works as we corepresented 151 Wooster in SoHo and 311 East 11 (Village Green) in the East Village. With closings starting in May, 311 East 11th is down to 1 remaining Penthouse, and 151 Wooster has 3B, 5A and 6B.
While not officially mentioned for 2010’s ‘Best Of’ list yet, our team’s WSJ ranking of #41 in the country and NRT’s nod as #14 of over 1400 teams in 3rd Quarter 2010 reminds us we’re well on the way to another successful year. Bearing down on the home stretch before we begin anew in 2011!
