Last week it slipped under our radar, however, The Blumstein Team was given a top 5 nod for all residential agents in the city by The Real Deal, the primary real estate publication in New York City.
This was for the sale of 250 west 10th, a gorgeous townhouse nestled in the West Village. The sale price was north of $7.6m.
