Being Blumstein

Being Blumstein is about more than having a last name synonymous with real estate legends. That’s great news for five of the eight Blumstein Team members who don’t legally share that moniker. Being Blumstein is really about how we present ourselves and service our clients in our work and our day to day lives. We’re real estate brokers who don’t believe that congeniality and care can be disregarded just because of our industry. We didn’t become Corcoran’s #1 Salesteam in the Village or members of Corcoran’s President’s Council (top 25 agents/top <1%) by being sharks ruthlessly playing the real estate game, but we did hustle and stay on top of our game and the market. You can’t create loyalty by treating your clients like dollar symbols, but you can be respectful of your clients and generate one of the strongest referral bases in New York City and beyond.

Each post is generated by a member of the Blumstein Team, led by Meris & Kenny Blumstein, veterans of the industry. Meris (our oh so wise Matriarch) has been helping people out of old homes and into new ones for 20 years. Kenny (Meris’ companion and our Patriarch) has spent the past ten on the beat with clients counseling them as only a man in tune with humanity and the intricacies of real estate can. The rest of us spend the day on the street or soaking up the Blumstein Experience when we’re at homebase in the Village.
