While the sale market may still be waffling a bit for the time being, the rental market has been on a bit of a tear of recent. Apartments are going on and off the market quicker, and rents are having a tough time being negotiated down.
In light of this, the onus of broker fees will be shifting back to the renters. Don’t just take our word for it, this Wall Street Journal article spells it out.
