Last week Corcoran dropped the 3rd edition of its Consumer Report, a survey taken online that feels out where consumers are in their search process, what they think about the market, and how they go about interacting with their search from talking ot their brokers and browsing for property. There are also nuggets of basic lifestyle choices which are constantly changing as people get more savvy and connected to the internet through their myriad of tech devices.
