Last week we discussed our new development on East 30th street in part because of the virtual staging technology we’re using on some photographs to give perusers a sense of space.
Today, the NY Post led its Real Estate section with a spread about the 144 East 30th development. It touts primarily the abundance of outdoor space in the development, citing all 4 kinds of outdoor space and the fact that each apartment has some, be it a balcony (incorrectly called a Juliet Balcony), a terrace, a courtyard or a roof deck.
