Buyfolio.com is also a great service – allowing anyone to search for NYC properties while collaborating with me.  Search and discover on your own, then ask questions when they come up.  Also comes with a mobile app that makes for easy sharing/collaborating on the go.  Doesn’t include mobile search (yet).
